At Biltmore Dermatology, we are excited to offer the revolutionary Glass Facial, designed to give you the luminous, smooth, and flawless complexion that’s often referred to as “glass skin.” The Glass Facial is ideal for anyone seeking a radiant, dewy complexion without surgery or downtime to combat uneven skin tone, fine lines, enlarged pores, or dullness.
What is a Glass Facial?
The Glass Facial is a multi-step treatment that combines micro channeling, customized serums, and advanced hydration techniques to create a bright, even, glowing complexion. This technique improves overall skin texture by promoting collagen production, tightening pores, and enhancing skin hydration. The result is a smoother, clearer complexion that reflects light, giving it a radiant, youthful appearance.
Who is a Good Candidate for the Glass Facial?
The Glass Facial is suitable for all skin types and tones. It’s ideal for individuals looking to:
- Improve skin texture and smooth fine lines
- Minimize the appearance of pores
- Brighten uneven skin tone and reduce redness or pigmentation
- Enhance hydration for a dewy, radiant look
- Refresh dull or tired-looking skin
Because the treatment is gentle and non-invasive, it’s an excellent choice for those seeking to boost their skin’s appearance without the downtime associated with more aggressive treatments.

How Does the Glass Facial Work?
The Glass Facial involves three main steps to achieve optimal results:
Microchanneling: The treatment begins with a microchanneling device that creates tiny, controlled punctures in the skin using ultra-fine, gold-tipped needles to stimulate collagen production and create pathways for deeper serum penetration.
Custom Serum Infusion: Once the microchannels are created, a tailored cocktail of serums is applied to the skin, typically including hyaluronic acid, growth factors, peptides, and antioxidants.
Hydration and Nourishment: The final step focuses on locking in moisture and hydration. A cooling mask or additional moisturizing products may soothe the skin and enhance the treatment’s plumping effect.
The process takes 45 minutes to an hour and can be customized based on your skin’s needs and goals. Most patients experience a little discomfort, and the treatment is gentle enough for sensitive skin types.
What to Expect During and After a Glass Facial
The Glass Facial is a comfortable, relaxing procedure that requires minimal downtime. Some patients may experience mild redness or sensitivity immediately after the treatment, but these side effects usually subside within a few hours to a day.
Within a few days, you’ll notice smoother, more even skin with a healthy glow. For the best results, we recommend a series of treatments spaced a few weeks apart, followed by maintenance sessions every few months to keep your skin radiant and youthful.
