It uses a device similar to a surgical scalpel which “shaves” the surface of the skin, removing tiny “peach fuzz” hairs and the buildup of dead skin cells that makes your skin look dull, dry, and textured. Dermaplaning Results and Recovery
We recommend dermaplaning treatments monthly to maintain your results. It requires no downtime, and it’s a great option for patients with busy schedules. You may have some minor redness or irritation, but it typically subsides within a few hours. Make sure to avoid any kind of exfoliation for a few days after treatment and wear SPF 30+ sunscreen daily. This helps avoid irritation and protects your results.
