What is Skintrinsiq?

Skintrinsiq is a new customizable, professional-grade skin treatment technology from Obagi, one of the most well-known names in skincare. Using an advanced handpiece, Skintrinsiq can infuse, extract, and rejuvenate the deepest layers of the skin in a single 30-minute treatment. There are four different treatments to choose from, and our dermatology-certified nurse practitioner, Ryan Patterson, can help you select the best option for your unique skincare goals.

Antioxidant

This treatment can even out skin tone and fade discoloration as a result of photodamage. Antioxidants can protect the skin from environmental damage and achieve a brighter, more youthful appearance.

Clarifying

This treatment is ideal for oily and acneic skin. With clarifying products, it can extract impurities and prevent future breakouts, giving you a clear and refreshed look.

Brightening

This treatment is best for dullness, dryness, and texture. With intensive hydration and targeted moisture, it can achieve brighter, more radiant skin.

Firming

This treatment can tighten and firm the skin by boosting collagen and smoothing wrinkles. With anti-aging products and restorative hydration, it can achieve a more rested and rejuvenated look.

What to Expect During Skintrinsiq Treatment

At the beginning of your appointment, our dermatology-certified provider will discuss your skin concerns and help you develop your treatment plan and choose the specific Skintrinsiq treatment that is best for your goals. Then, any oil, makeup, or dirt will be removed from your skin. The specialized handpiece will be applied to your skin, extracting and infusing it, providing a deep cleansing experience. Once complete, your skin will be prepared for the rest of your day. In all, this process can take 30 minutes.

Skintrinsiq Results and Recovery

There is no downtime required after Skintrinsiq and you can return to your daily activities right away. You may have some minor redness, but this typically subsides within a few hours. You’ll see noticeable improvement in the look and feel of your skin immediately after treatment, but your best results will emerge within a few days. You will see brighter, healthier skin that will last for 2-3 weeks. During this time, make sure to wear SPF 30+ sunscreen daily to protect your skin.
